How do Generation Z kids experience love (1997-2012)?<\/p>\n
It is the question that inspired this painting. . I have two daughters of this generation, one towards the beginning and the other towards the end<\/p>\n
The generation that has returned to demonstrating in the streets against climate change, for civil rights, against racism and in favor of LGBT+ love. <\/p>\n
Yet on love and relationships they have a more pragmatic approach.<\/p>\n
They are aware that a romantic relationship should make them happier.<\/p>\n
They are more focused on themselves and not out of selfishness. <\/p>\n
They know they are responsible for their own happiness and that they must take care of themselves before others<\/p>\n
There is more fluidity, more interest in considering different types of relationships and higher standards<\/p>\n
