Description
“Space Venus” was an inspiration for Magaly. The result of this experiment is “Dali inspirador”, a realistic, almost two-dimensional painting. On the right is the paper collage: the cut out paper of the original drawing, the positive and negative shapes and the position of the egg. The eggs prolong the dialectic between soft and hard and bring us back to intrauterine memories. The egg reflects the play of light and shadow in the room that hosted the exhibition, adding a new element to the original composition and proposing the meaning of creation and genesis.
