This Sunday we treated ourselves to another exhibition: we admired Botero’s works at Palazzo Bologna and we were enchanted, cheerful and amazed by his skill, his ability to make the watercolour so realistic that almost seemed pastel. His originality, the light of his paintings, his love for the circus, his attention to ordinary people, his religiosity but above all his love for life, for this century that he lives and paints without judging. I am impressed… I tried to explain and perform one of his works, because copying is impossible, and I really had a lot of fun!
